Default telephoto with stabilization?

Aside from the Olympus c-2100, does anyone make a digital camera under about 1000 dollars with a...say, 6-10x optical zoom that ALSO has built in electronic stabilization?

The Canon Pro90IS is a 3mp, 10X optical with IS. Check this link at Buydig.com

Panasonic is coming out with FZ-1, a 12x optical zoom camera with IS. Not sure if it's going to be available in the US, though. I've read the price would be somewhere around $450-500. 2mp, but hardly any manual control...

Not to nit pick... the Canon Pro90IS has a 3 MP sensor which is masked to an equivalent of 2.6 MP. It also has a hot shoe and is fully adjustable from point and shoot to completely manual. The Pro90 shares the big stabilized zoom lens with the Oly 2100UZ and 100RS. It's not great in low light situations and isn't awfully fast, but is a terrific all-round camera.
