Default Print size

Hi

I have a number of images taken on my Canon A40 camera that I would like to get printed. I usually just get them done in 6x4 size but would like these couple done a little bigger.

What size of picture would it be safe to go up to without losing the quality of picture?

The images were taken in the high resolution mode. Could I go up to 10x8 with these?

Thanks

My experiences when I had a 2 MP camera was I could best print 5x7; 8x10 with some loss in quality. On Shutterfly and Ofoto, you can order larger prints than (up to 20x30) with a resolution as little as 1600x1200 (full 2 MP size).

Type those words Shutterfly and Ofoto into Google.com and see what you get!

BTW, it's Enlargements since we're talking about what words mean.

Shutterfly and Ofoto are online digital photography processors.

http://www.shutterfly.com
http://www.ofoto.com

They charge about $25 for a 20x30 poster sized print
