Default Photomatix not working?

Sorry guys, not sure if this is the forum to post this in, but I'm having a problem with Photomatix Pro.

It seems every time I try to generate an HDR image (3 RAW shots with Canon T2i), rather than getting a combined version of the originals, I'm getting some weird, purple image. It happens every time with different images. I imagine I'm doing something wrong, but I'm not really sure what it is. Thanks for the help!

I have no idea what might be causing that to happen - some setting way off? The one thing I would do is when you get to the tone-mapping screen, push "default" and it will reset all of the sliders to their default settings. See if that doesn't help.

so you are feeding it the RAWS directly? its possible that Photomatrix doesn't know how to handle the RAWs from the t2i.

try converting the 3 raws in DPP or lightroom or whatever you use, and then feeding photomatix the resultant jpegs.
