Neat perspective with a foreboding look from your treatment. A bit overdone for my liking, but others could approve.

different and i like it .... as for the sky i would just run it through a de-noise program very lightly just to loose some of the grain

The composition is unique and grabs your attention. Coming from an artist background, I can see both sides of the fence. From the photography side of the fence, it has been put in the oven way to long and is a bit over-cooked. From the artist point of view, there are no boundaries or limits. However, when you start to see blown highlights in HDR, then it becomes an issue. Photography like art is very subjective. Maybe dial it back a little bit and see if people are a little more receptive....
