Default Mask...

This was given to me by my Grandfather a few weeks before he died. I always wanted it because I thought it was cool when I was a kid. Now, I realize just how much it represents who he was. The week before he died he told me he wasn't going to be around much longer. I guess some people know when their time is up. Anyway...here's another HDR of mine...I thought it would make a good subject. I don't know where it came from, but to me, it looks like it was home made in a simple mold. The middle exposure is there for reference

The HDR is done well, but I think the idea is wrong.
I like the original mid-exposured cause the background is solid black, and the attention is concentrated to main object.

Maybe you can try to darken the background until it gets black ? And why not to saturate it a little bit, so it gets the golden look
