Default Between Pacific Storms

...there was an interesting sunset. Choppy seas and very high winds, which is unusual for April in So. Calif.

Great series Walter. Number 3 is amazing!

I agree. If the pier is going to be included, number three does it best. I like the feel of all of them but three is the one. Great shot!

I agree that #3 seems the most balanced, but my attention still keeps getting drawn towards the person on the pier up in the corner.

I agree; #3 is the winner. Beautiful shot. Walter, you've gotten the surf down perfectly now.

I gotta say that even though 3 is the most "conventional" shot...I like #1 the best. It's almost like the pier and the clouds/sunset are competing against each other with the clear sky as a distinct separation between the two. The fact that the image is unbalanced to both sides has a distinct dichotomy to it. I really like it.

#2 has too much halo around the nears support column for my liking.

Overall it's a great series though!
