Which camera (as a camcorder) for under 200-300$ ??

hi, i find a lot of different reviews of digital cameras recording in HD, but more reviews i find less i know which i should choose, could you point me some best models for the price range that i specified?

Reqs:
records in 720p
good low light performance
costs about 200-300$, no more
