i guess is aimed at the surveilance market... but looks cool withthe HD cam attached to it.

The helicopter in the video is a high-end professional Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV). You can build these yourself for far less and fly them using the camera in First Person View (FPV). There is a whole forum for this hobby:


Some of the people there, including me, read this forum for info on small camcorders for use as ground recorders or on-board cameras. Most people use a small surveillance camera, but a few people fly using Aiptek HD cameras. The video is sent to a ground receiver using a small, relatively cheap wireless surveillance transmitter. the pilot wears portable video goggles or uses a small LCD screen to fly the aircraft. Search Vimeo or YouTube for FPV to see video.
