This site has the Digilife DDV-1000 (920) for sale:

The DDV-1000 has a 5Mp CCD sensor. I believe this is Digilife's first CCD sensor. It remains to be seen whether its internals and features are like the 720 (OmniVision) or the V1 (Zoran).

looks awesome for under 300.00 usc very simular to the dxd (hanshing) aiptek etc.

just wished again that 10x digital had an optical almost clicked purchase lol
