Hey guys,

Since Getting my A-HD, and using it with Sony Vegas, I realized that importing the .MOV files from the A-HD results in having no sound. After a search, I found that others have had the same problem.

Here is a fast, easy and simple solution to that problem.

Simply rename the file type of your .MOV files to .MP4. That's it! Now you should be able to import your videos, completel with audio, to Sony Vegas.

I really hope this helps some of you.

BTW: I tried to post this as a comment on one of fishycomics' videos, but for some reason, I keep getting errors when trying to comment on vimeo X_X.

Yes I discovered that posted it here some time ago. But you shouldn't have to do that. Sony needs to fix it's Quicktime support plus give us hi-def AVCHD output instead of just the lo-res stuff. Ulead's Video Studio also would import if you changed the extension to MP4 but they fixed it so that was no longer required.
