And I will look for a new one on ebay I am in need of a new one anyway but I did not want it to go out like that. alright I got the Rc truck fixed, oops I should say the mustek, I got some crazy glue and we know that never works.
So a soldering iron. melting the old plastic to the body using some new plastic ifI had grey plastic it would look far better. now i will sand it out a lil and well it is not perfect. and yep The camera is now a repair how to fix it work around the house etc camera. and my aiptek mpvr is my trip camera boo hoo hoo. it was getting old and the special effect never worked nor did the flash, so now the door is no way to be repaired a peice of duct tape does the trick. and happy again but WOW on Ebay 60 for shipping that is world robbery vid of door working http://www.youtube.com/?v=ixLKXFHz6c0 ![]() |

That's one UGGGGGGGGLLLLY camera lol :-)! How did you manage to break it like that?! Looks like you took a hacksaw to it! :?
oh, and ALWAYS CARRY PROTECTION. In this case, a $5 Samsonite case from Wal Mart would do the trick :G. I've got one and it's weatherproof, fits my MPVR like a glove, AND has plenty of padding to absorb shock. It's also got room for cables, spare batteries, the remote, the charger and even some earbuds. Of course, it's VERY tricky to get the MPVR OUT with all that IN :Gbut hey, at least it holds it all! |

yep. I got my rc truck out as usual and got it taped down. well the truck felt like flipping and sure enouh he dor was not fully closed, i said leave it alone I am onl doinga short vid. wel sure enough BAM!
yep I broke it. did not bother me as it is back in working order lol taken a serious flip and I soldered plastic, with some crazy glue lol all working now. any ways the battery door is broken so it made no difference b/c the part that holds it closed is the whole camera case. rather use it as my spare cam. now rather pay up to 60.00 shippingfor an Ebay one ha ha ha my replacement will be a digilife 520. or a new camcorder (home movie) jvc canon etc 25x optical but not on the truck lol |

I feel for you and also like a brother with the same brand and model. That is very ugly
![]() I carry mines all the time and i cannot imagine how much i would miss it if something were to happen to it. The first dent i got on it pissed me off so much. Now the aluminum cover on the oposite side has an awkward shimmer. |
