when panasonic came out with the d-snap they were high on the list in price. todda with the optical zoom hitting the markets this may be the next camera. this camera is not an optical zoom, its a 2 megapixal with digital zoom unless noted different.SV-AV50 Camcorder

I had this camera when it first came out. Great looking, nice and small but the picture quality was just average and the video quality was awful. It's a shame because it was such a great design and a tiny form-factor.
