I bought this camera for racing, and it's worked very well. My only complaint is the lack of an external mic input, but I was told that the wind noise could be fixed by some foam over the mic. I'll try it next time.

The camera is easy to use, and you can take video with the LCD off.

The attached picture shows the camera mounted to the car.

It absolutely sucks indoors. I know these cameras are not made for indoors, but all you get is a completely black picture if you try to use it under normal indoor lighting. Good thing I didn't buy it for that

Otherwise, at $90, this is a great little camera.

Yes the video looks decent enough. Par for the course for these type of cameras. Post some still images so we can see how it compares to your Nikon D50 SLR image :G

excellent job , lov the modded tripodholder, but hmm need to tie the strap down , next time :G

I just finished filming some stuff and hoping I will get it done to post the noise can be heard always on these devices , " amplified' so yes a foam cover , or deflector is needed possbly invert the screen mic if on there

Yes, and it would be good to do something with that wrist-strap so it isn't flying around in front of the picture a lot. These videos are undoubtably what you wanted the camera for, but could you post some sample video taken in a different environment like the average person would be using it?
