its in the posts?:G I have tried once before and got it to work, so I shall try again my paypal acct is********* kidding Pc if has a video caption card you'llsee the card and the camera dv6800 or 8800 As we know you have one of the models..... 1 all plugged in and driver loaded, follow these steps first step 1 turn camera on with not plugged into the camera, go to setting (tools icon) scroll down to you see usb mode /menu camera disk printer. Step 1 can also be done while Plugged in to so now you notice you have all 4 you have a webcam feature. step 2 plug in camera and hit right button "menu" ( hard to see ) and choose " camera" as you will notice the Pc will say found new hardware if not done before, or you continue , and dv6800 or dv8800 will come on. ** I have a small window open and I cancel that action out, ** now your camera is set to open anduse as a webcam I use yahoo. and all works fine. finished I have troubles at times where the camera will automatically shut off if it does it may be posssable you need to set the auto off to constant on. if I have helped out and got itto work congrads if not locate this in the aiptek 2k6 or after a few pages I have a topic on this..... |

As I set up the camera to webcam it's best to remember after it's unplugged to try t oget back to disk. it will recognise the dv6800 over the usb files
