APK. Welcome aboard

1. As of today you may Concider two models one that can be had at Wallgreens or at Amazon.com

it is called the Aiptek zoom-dv you may view it and get the specs off the site aiptek.com

2. The Other model is known as the Ispan 520/530 there are two models I tend to forget. also youmay view that at Ispan.com, and chose to cancel the language each time.

3. you may decide on SVp or ISonic snap shot (m1)

these 4 models are the Only Hybrid camcorders that are around today 2 modles are available only the other two will soon be released since the day i was placed up spring of 2006

Fishycomics,

Thanks for the reply.

What about major brand name cameras, for example:

Samsung SC-MM10s
Sanyo Xacti
Panasonic D-Snap

Are these not considered Hybrid?

your Best bet is to ask those questions in the sany and panasonic.

for example the

Panasonic SDR-S150 3-CCD SD Camcorder, 10x Optical 2.8" Wide LCD Screen, 3.1 Mega Pixel Still Camera

its a vid and still but not a mp3 playe rcosts a good grand

most members like to have Multi functioncamcorders that cando everything.

i also would like a smaller unit but am stickingwith a pro camcorder that gives me the bang for the buck 32x optical 5 hr batt life etc......
