What is the highest transfer rate of a 2GB SD card that will work in the AIPTEK MPVR? x150?

The Aiptek MPVR doesn't need a highspeed card and you won't see any benefit from using one. The bandwith of the MPEG4 bitrate they use is not high enough to make this necessary.

I was looking to purchase a 2gb SD card to use in a AIPTEK P-DVR now, but looking to upgrade to the Sanyo HD1a if it gets a good review and would use the same card. So if the high speed card would work in the AIPTEK then could purchase it now.

Just wanted to know if the higher speed card would work in the AIPTEK if I purchased it, even though I could not take advantage of the higher transfer rate.

As you read the specs for the aiptek it accepts up to 2 gig cards that means any type of card . now will it accept a 4 gig card I am sure it can as other hybrids calimed 512 years ago and they were able to accept 1 gigs or higher

the speed they sell on the market will say forgigital cameras and may not giv a speed on the card these are your average cards anything faster my nakedeye cannot tell

the buffer reader/writer is adiquate

Hope all works out foryou.

Sometimes you do get imcompatibilities with cards in devices but it is often not until you buy it and try it that you find out. Just make sure, the place where you purchase it, will allow you to return it for refund or exchange with another brand should it not work.
