Link to it at CircutCity:

Yes, the price on the website is $256, but when you add it to your cart and then go back to check your cart, you'll notice that it's still $239!

At CircuitCity you can also use the AAA 10% off coupon to make this even cheaper:

I don't have a Costco in my area, so this was my best option.

If I hadn't just emptied my wallet on a new bed and mattress I would have seriously considered splashing out on it. At least this gives me incentive to wait and see what else comes on the market between now and Christmas. For the time being I'll stick with my Sanyo C40 and MPVR a little while longer.

Costco is $249 including shipping, but you have to add tax. Also, this is with a Costco membership (which I don't have). Costco also has a 90-day return policy (nice!). I would have ordered from them if I had a Costco membership.

I would only get it from CircuitCity if you have a 10% off coupon and don't mind the 14-day return policy.

Aiptek offers a 1-year warranty on it, so we can deal with them on any problems we have.

5% extra non-members and you can return without a hitch

I *think* this was it...

Please be careful when editing the registry... use at your own risk!

Here are the steps:
1. Start, Run
2. regedit <enter>
3. navigate
to \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mov

4. If a key (folder) named "ShellEx" does not exist, then add a new key named "ShellEx".

5. Add the following key under the "ShellEx" key (including the curly brackets):
{BB2E617C-0920-11D1-9A0B-00C04FC2D6C1}

6. In the key just added in step 5, modify the "(Default)" string value to be:
{c5a40261-cd64-4ccf-84cb-c394da41d590}

7. Close Regedit

I'm not sure if you'll need to reboot or not.

Well, i picked up this camera via AMAZON.COM, and it arrived today. Did some test
shooting, and it seems to work fine for my simple needs. I have yet to hook it up
to my 32" HD LCD, but it plays back fine on my XP laptop.

I tried checking this unit out at Circuit City, BestBuy, Costco, and Target, but none
of these stores have the unit on the sales floor, just via the website.

Costco had the cheaper price, by a few dollars, but Amazon ships faster, so I
went with them.
