I couldn't view those at work.. not sure why. Quicktime came up and said it successfully downloaded an MPEG4 codec of some kind, and to restart. I did, but then it said it didn't have the codec. How strange. Anyway, they played on my computer at home, albiet poorly. I would have thought my Pentium 4/ 2.53 Ghz machine should be able to play those smoothly. Anyway, I was very impressed with the quality of the video, considering the price of the unit. Looks like the low-light performance is acceptable, even being a CMOS sensor. (again.. I mean acceptable for the price range) It appears that, as I suspected, it stilll suffers from poor framebuffering. Oh well, I guess for $170 you can't have everything.
