I follow you , but i am a little confused?

So lets troubleshoot?

Step 1. the GO-Hd works, you film a shot file0001, video play backs?

step 2 You do a second video, file0002, the video playbacks?

step 3. You can do this till the card is full, correct?

[line]

Now lets go one step further?

1. On the pc, if it is a PC? QUicktime what icon color is it a darker color, or bluer color?

If it is a darker color , you have a older version, if a bluer, lighter it is updated?

You need to run Quicktime 7.1 with the codecs, AIPTEK Will notsupply this , or any software due to cost? they should have supplied at least Quicktime 7

[line]

2. are you saying you can play on the camera, send to the pc and play the file0001?

3 repeated, file0002 but that will not play?

no i cannot play on the camera

there are two things i cant do:

1. when ever i try to access my videos or pics on the GO-HD screen it freezes

2. when i try to format the sd card it freezes.

i think the problem is with the sd card but im not sure.

i can record videos and everything but i cant watch them until i hook up my GO-HD to the comp, open the folder with the videos, and then select them to watch them on the computer.

it doesnt freeze when i try to access the video or pic menu it just says there is no card and it lets me back out.

before I ask what sd card?

1. Sounds like you did not format the sd card in the hybrid?

Try that ? you need to establish a relationship with the camera and sd card?

Even though there is nothing to add to it but a DCIM/ 100 media folder that is it?

Certain Sd cards wil casue freezes? Today less are likely? but hey you never know?

Another possibility is that it might be a Micro SD with an SD adapter. Those don't work either. I tried one with the GO HD and it didn't even see it.

Hi,i did have same issue with Aiptek Z300hd. That (same as Go HD)my problem was if i take it off (sd card) too earlier, memorycard reader/windows makes something corrupt with it(perhaps windows is too slow to read/write).
The problem solve is disconnect usb cable/sd card from windows safety without any hurry.
My sd-card works now normal with Aiptek after i reformat it by(windows),without any freezes.

sounds bad...

Have you tried reset or taked battery out of camera?

or

Any change to flash firmware again with new sd-card?

Did this "problem" sd-card first worked just fine before this freeze begin or what,in my case the sd-card was also too full off video footage, maybe it is something like that or weak usb power/interrupt with other usb devices that can corrupt your card.
