Ym...... they're busy takingtime off like you and I, or are we? If you have an issue with the Support and you get no resolution it is best to pot it in the topics, one will read and one will get notified .

One thing that we can probably be sure of is that the next Aiptek HD model will have a much better microphone and improved sound. :-)

Seeb Contact a Support center, request the Firmware, What you are doing is Bypassing the newer camcorder, and firmware.
