not a bad price this is a discontinued model and still around I loved it just did not need another cam avi fileformat enjoy those who may be interested in starting out

Fishy,

I watched your nice review of this camera.

I was surprised to note that this camera -- although branded as a Polaroid -- is extremely similar to the Aiptek ISDV2.4.

In fact, I would not be surprised if Aiptek were the actual manufacturer.

The ISDV2.4 may look a little bit different because its shell is a different color and slightly different in design.

But the microphone placement, the speaker placement, the control button placement, and even the internal software of the camera's menu -- even the welcome tune when the LCD opens -- are practically identical to those of the Aiptek ISDV2.4.

Sure the format is .avi, but that's easy to change.

How does one explain the tune being identical?
