tested outav input again and you stand correct it only films D1. no sweat.

a member claims av input before isnot D1 butCIF. and that was what I did not post in the comment , I tend to forget these days LOL.

You may not get your response that fast, you may get a seller faster. you may not get the repair free, but the seller will get your grief.

Ebay or not it is a trust factor, and that seller did not tell one this, but one did not ask these questions , or did they. all in all

the problem does lie in the unit if asked. did you ever try Just a dvd player and nothing more?

well, i have contacted the user, that say "I only used av in mode to record a few clips that were about 3 minutes in length but i never had any problems."

and contacted aiptek but no reply for now...

now i'll wait only the aiptek support reply, after that, i'll sell this unit, because in normal mode works great, and i'll buy another one from an ebay seller (shop)!

i think that this cam is the best for res, quality and with av-in option.. (of course the price is good too) right?

sometimes if a screen is acting bad,i wouldsay a ribbon cable is the issue. do notwant to keep guessing, but that is my last resort.

not to fool around with it but always can take a look. let us know the outcome
