I saw Friday's Fry's Electronics ad in newspaper, Magix Movie Edit Pro 14 plus only $10 after all the mail in and instant rebates. What a bummer!

I have been following these topics 4 over 2 yrs now. Thank you guys, for all the valuable info. I've got a couple Sanyo's, Panasonic's andseveral Aiptek's, just added an Action HD this past Saturday>love it!. Again, thank's for the reviews& comments. >>If you ever take one of these apart: the benzel around the function buttons& thezoom slider is one assembly. Pry the benzel conpletely free of thecamera body; it's just the usualdouble stick tape, like on the MPVR's. Thezoom slider mounts to a post that is inside a double spring loaded switch. The post is very little (1.45mmL x 0.57mmW x 2.20mmH ) AND real easy to break.:sad:Pull the benzel/zoom slider straight up to free it from the switch post. Sorry I don't have any pics, but I wasn't planning to disassemble the cam, just yet.And I'm real new at forums/boards and posting anyway. So far I really like the camcorder.

Were is the best place to post pics/video's so I'll be able to share, if anyone is interested.

Oh well it was good while it lasted. All my shots had been inside, so I was not too worried about the color shift I was seeing, after all Aiptek and fluorescent lighting have not been that great for me in the past.. The colors look right on the LCD, but that wasn't what was getting recorded. Took the Action HD outside today. More of the same, one thing in the view finder something else when you view the footage. Blacks are dark browm, blue jean color is brown. lite blue is tan, yellow is cream colored, brown rust is lite blue and brown is dark blue.

I don't know, I don't know, but me thinks, the action HD must go!

wherewas it puchased.

most likely you got a bad senser. Firmware issues are none the only thing the Action has today is a white balance issue. and that will be corrected with firmware.

If one loads this correction all the other stuff likevideo will yes will get effected.while aiptek will not WILL NOT tell the truth.

enjoy
