Hi

Just received the Aiptek A HD from ebay in the US (i'm in the UK) and have been running some tests with it today.

Its been set to pal 25 freq and I noticed there's considerable smearing of the frames when moving. I can walk and film with a normal DV camera and it no where near as jerky movement and with DV, no smearing at all.

Best footage has been when the camera's on a mini tripod and just left running.

So what are peoples best techniques with this camera?

Filming a burlesque show tonight and will up it to NTSC 30 fps to see if that helps things.

double check if night mode is on, pal or ntsc would only be your region settings

Hi

NTSC / PAL is frame rate of 29 + 25 fps as well as freq of 60 and 50 hz respectively
