HI

My camera just died. It won't start. Tried another battery and the led's just flashes green and red.

It is stone dead.

Any ideas Thanks in advance

Welcome Lemanov.

Sometimes you may have to wait a few days for a response. Many regular posters do not connect to this site over weekends, and I doubt anyone has useful advice for you. There's no sense in a bunch of people posting that they don't know how to fix something.

And indeed, I don't either. It is possible to have two bad batteries, but probably you don't want to buy more to test this theory. Can you do anything with the camera with it connected to a computer? What happens when you try to charge it? Can you detect any problem with the battery door or the battery contacts?

As sgspirit said, the weekend was not the best time to expect a quick response. I am assuming it's out of warranty? Sometimes solid state electronics just die. Short of taking it apart and seeing if something is amiss inside, there is probably little we can do to help!
