Do all NP-60 batteries fit all cameras? Is it a universal size like say a AAA or AA battery? I have the DigiLife 1080p cam and I'd like to have a couple spare batteries on hand.

Thanks all,

Thanks brother! I take it the higher mah ones become too bulky/thick to fit in the camera slot?

Thanks again man.

Never heard of a thicker NP-60.

The NP-120 has thelength and width of a NP-60 but is thicker and has mah ratings above 1200. Unfortunately, most cameras designed for the NP-60 are not designed to also use the thicker NP-120.

Do the contacts not meet up in the same place or does the battery just not fit in the holder because its fatter?

I guess I did phrase it such that it implied there may be a thicker model. I was meaniing to convey the idea that there isn't actually an NP-60 above 1200mah since fishycomics had said before that Aiptek do a double capacity one. The double capacity battery for the Aipteks, however is a different model number (ZPT-PM18 and ZPT-PM18A) on their website and is supplied with a new battery cover to allow it to fit.
