If you load the rar to the cam you'll crash the cam, if you load both .rar. anddoc

Thanks for the advice! I was able to get it through Windows.

Yes, I tried to write on two sites (DXG USA and DXG Tech), but has not yet passed 48 hours, I wait more time. And I can't talk on the phone in English

Hey. I had just come across another camcorder that seems to be made by the same ODM as the 595v
http://www.chinavasion.com/product_i...-optical-zoom/
Supposedly, it has a touchscreen, HDMI, and 12MP interpolation. I wonder how the video quality compares to that of the 595v.

Also this camera without EIS (support confirmed it):

PS: I also wrote to you a PM, but you have not yet responded...

It is now Clear, you Purchased fro ma outsource Chinavision.com. I talked with them, a few times.

1 they clearly say, you will VOID WARRANTY if you load Firmware to the camera.

they are not the owner of the camera, they are a reseller, a dealer. like your local store, but a online store. sad to say that/

Now your cam is a DXG model, imagine if your cam says DXG and the firmware you loaded was not DXG. or the otherway round if your cam was High speed, and you loaded DXG?

I again Contact DXGUSA the major company. explain the issue. and even go the step further that you love to speak with a rep, thatunderstand your language.

Ifnotthen find a person that is willingto do you thatfavor on the other end.
I am sorry t ohear that you purchased from such a company and have issues especially with Chinavision.
