This is excellent Fishy thank you..

Do you think it's just a spec on the inside lens? Because I do have an option of just sending it back for another one..

You are very kind and a great help.. Thank you so much. I will try it tonight very carefully to clean whatever this speck is off the inner lens.. I will use my breath to try and blow it.. Is this ok?

Any tips for cleaning it?

Well, here is the story of what happened..

Ultimately.. Because the Ebay Vendor is honest and seems like a great vendor, I have a new aiptek in the mail , and it's due here this week..

I could not clear up the artifact.. I tried.. I carefully took the camera apart even to attempt to clean the sensor itself.. But either I was to scared to clean it good enough, or it was a defect which was unfixable..

One thing of note, if taking this camera apart.. Be wary of the capacitor on the board.. It give's a respectable shock... I found this out a couple of times! lol

Anyhow, The camera did not clear itself of the artifact.... Unfortunately because of this I missed shooting a beautiful beach on Manitoulin island in Canada,..

None the less.. I got a cheap tripot at xs cargo for 10bux.. Actually looks ok and am ready for the new cam..

Hope it's problem free..

Thanks for the tips!
