The data rate of my Aiptek Action HD is actually higher than that. Not much higher. But higher.

I just checked. The data rate of my 720/60p Aiptek Action HD clips is "6.08 mbits per second," according to Apple QuickTime Player.

Now just think of how much high quality 12Mbps video you could fit on that new 32Gig card (hint - its over 6 hours...)

Yes, that would be nice. I wonder if Aiptek could issue a firmware update that would allow for adjusting the data rate upward?

Aiptek? Is there a way for us to increase the data rate of our recordings in firmware for higher quality?

Has anybody put that question to Aiptek directly?

There may be a hardware limitation in handling higher bitrates on the current models.
