I picked up one of these from Costco online.. For $100 It's worth it IMO.

It came with Arcsoft Total Media extreme software (for use with HD videos), 2 NIMH 2300 MAH batteries w/nexcell AA/AAA battery charger, a carry bag, A/V and Component video output cables, USB extension cord. I thought the inclusion of the 2 output cables was a nice touch, no need to buy extra accessories or deal with a docking station. I also like cameras that power off AA rechargeables because they have good battery life and it's cheap to replace them with spares.

The 720P video (quicktime movie format) is pretty good looking in regular conditions, the auto adjustments do an OK job. If you slowly move the lens around and play with it, it can usually correct the focus to what you want it to be. The reds tend to be a little off-color but nothing that bothers me too much.

I think this is good as a cheap backup camera to bring with you. It would also make a good spy gadget since it's so small and thin. With the lens being at the top corner, you can put it in a front shirt pocket while having it record away.
