Adobe, Sony, and Apple are about to face some stiff new competition from MAGIX.

MAGIX has decided to get into the professional video editing market.

I have MAGIX version 14 PLUS (Movie Edit Pro) and I'm very, very impressed with its power.

Well, according to the BLOG post that you can read by clicking on the link that follows, MAGIX will be releasing the all new "Video Pro X" in the United States on November 17th along with an updated "version 15" of "Movie Edit Pro."

So... two (2) brand new editors from MAGIX would seem to be coming our way in NOVEMBER.

A video of 'Pro X' has been available for a while here:
http://www.magix.com/de/video-pro-x/detail/

Now, here is the problem I see. That video looks nice and well made, but I am willing to bet... it wasn't edited on Magix Video Pro X

It sure looks nice, but for editing a hybrid cam footage? probably an overkill (even for BD authoring, since BD discs prices are still over the top).
