Somehow I have a piece of lint or a thread that has worked its way into the lens housing and is showing up, albeit blurred - but still very noticeable, in my videos. especially mcro shots now. I need to take it apart to clean it but can't figure it out. I removed the only screws I could find, which were five, but still it wouldn't come apart with the amount of force I was using. I didn't know what else to do but was afraid of breaking it so I just decided to ask for help. The user Maxprime claims to have taken his apart in another post, so I PM'd him but have not heard back from him....its been about a week.. and I really want this piece of lint gone..... please help anyone if you can. Thank you!

in the front of the Lens at 6' oclock will be a hole, that is the starting point, as MAXPRIME has pointed out in his own thread.

On the MPVR, and all the other models the same location as well. Some are glued, and some are tabbed, at 3' oclock and 9' oclock positions or 10,5 postions

The full taking apart :

Back of camera behind glued mini USB door SCREW

under record button a notch, pry glued cosmetic grey cover off carefully exposing 3 SCREWS two on to one near rec or still.

Front of cam big grey cosmetic cover will expose SCREWS bottom and under sener

Unsure if on top metal smooth curve in front of speaker will ahve screw or not

looks like the Speaker is a tab, and may expose ascrew or two under there

Tabs hold the rest of the cam.

I have a video on the MPVR parts 1,2,3 taking it apart, and that was how I taken apart the cam it may be very simular .

And what I like about the A-HD makes a better project cam
