Target, in a Black Friday preview ad, is showing a red Aiptek for $69 USD. No specs in the ad and is only available in stores.

Yes I saw that as well. I noticed that they are always the olded models.

I also noticed that Bestbuy has the Panasonic SDR-S7 (normally $299) going for $199 over the holiday for anyone interested.

Walgreens is showing the Aiptek Action HD GVS for $199.99 USD and the Aiptek A-HD Pro for $169.99 USD. Both are web-only offers.

It will be interesting to find out how well the Action-HD GVS's external microphone input actually works!

Radio Shack is selling a Memorex HD hybrid for $79. Looks like a rebranded Aiptek (newer case design) and probably is since a big part of Aiptek's business is OEM.

The Memorex seems to be a different animal. Picked up the Memorex mcc228 and Aiptek a-hd+. The memorex difference vs the aiptek are 8x digital zoom, 33mb internal flash free space, motion detection/video stabilization, face recognition for still, hdmi connection to hdtv, avi/wav file, onlhy 720p 1280x720 30fps.

the hdmi output, avi/wav file, and image stabil are an improvemet. Have not opened up and used yet.
