Bought one for my daughter- she likes it.
Very plastiky and has an "inexpensive" feeling to it. Runs on 2 "AA" batteries and uses SD cards. No optical zoom (but has 2X digital zoom) and has a terrible "audio-noise hiss" that is present all the time- very annoying.
For $99 I think the Aipteks are a better deal....but the video this produces is pretty good in decent lighting.

Will do- let me see if I have anything saved.
One very good thing about this camcorder is that it produces .mp4 files which are 100% editable on Mac's using iMovie and Final Cut Express and Final Cut Studio (Final Cut Pro 6.02)- I also assume it's footage should be editable on PC's that can edit mpeg4 video- which is better than the standard AVCHD codec (format.)
(The Sanyo Xacti HD1000/1010 does this as well, which is a big plus!)
~ Note- this camera has no form of image stabilization! ~
