Contact Aiptek, for a new case only? Think Aiptek only wants repairs, refurbs sent in?

I found the tripod gear. slot door still M.I.A.

White gorilla glue is faster, brown gorilla glue is slower, both dry and expand. must prepare the inside so no glue a\gets on circuitry? And I can shave down or file the glue when dries?

This is a project I been longing to do what stops me is the newer camera's I gotten afterwards, like

the Kodak Zi8, that put the GVS down, the Plysport, and Playtouch. Let me tell ya I loved the GVS. 3x-5x optical zoom it matched up with the Sanyo xactio I owned but the sound was another story. stereo was mediaoker when using the external port it went directly to mono?

that meant another mod to do, popping open the lcd, and wiring up the mincs and BAm you got stereo by a simple means of bypassing the mics?

Well not now, but on the to do list. maybe t his will grab some attention that will get people back.

stay tuned?

It has been a long time, and the glue for the door and tripod is on, pleased. I placed a sd card in and will leave it at that. No need to keep opening the door. unless I need more card storage. for now it is good.

I miss using the Aiptek. when I see my video online it reminds me of the good times. and well, that to me says a lot. Note to myself. Internet is supposed to be a place where we find info, and well it is just that a note carry on ....

Fire on the street. taken the Iphone, grabbed some footage, sorry I did not have the GVS, was just to cold to actually to cold to enjoy the moment. Would have been a Aiptek moment, thought I say Kodak moment Lol

I love to share the moment here but sorry Stevesforum has no video embedding, what a bummer.
