So I bought this cam and a laptop that supports it and I can't figure out how to download the files.

I get all the way to where they are showing but when I choose copy it copies nothing.

I did some web searches but am finding no help.

Hope someone here can help me. Thanks

OK,I figured out how to get them on my PC. Now to figure out how to move them to the correct folder.

They don't look as good as when viewed on my TV though.

What do I need to download to make the look better?

I have Vista Home Premium 64bit.

I will look around for the answer

When you say they don't look as good. Do you mean the actual quality of the video or that it's choppy when played back?

I also have Vista Home Premium 64 bit and most 32-bit video software will still play back fine on it. Some old favorites for players that you may want to try include GOM player from www.gomplayer.com and VLC Media Player from http://www.videolan.org/. Both are freeware.
