I first noticed it when I took my camera outside in the cold for a few hours.. what happens is when you turn the camera on it takes about 8 seconds for the time remaing to show as well as any of the other display icons..

Now the biggest issues is when you press record it takes almost 10 seconds to start recording..

It happens the same with or with out a memory card in the camera.. also when it does start to record it makes the date of the file in the year 2038 and the time is always 12PM.. If you go and set the time yourself it never sticks.

Sounds like you have a faulty camera. How long ago did you purchase it?

You are within their 1 year warranty then. You could send it off as instructed on the Guarantee paper but it's up to you to decide if paying the $30 is worth it.

Jazz cameras always scare me. Their disposable cameras are a joke. I can only imagine what parts they use in the HD cameras. Anyone that's ever worked in a photolab knows what Im talking about..lol

Mine still works fine and they don't feel any worse than any other cheap hybrid. It seems quite well built to me considering the price.

I think mine is about the same age as fishycomics if I recall!
