Default Aiptek Action HD GVS(Z700) SD Card Firmware Compatibility List

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forums and the Z700 and am wondering what SD cards work well with a particular firmware version.

Maybe users of the GVS / Z700 could post their findings in this format:

*small picture of card*
Camcorder model V5Z5S: Z700/GVS etc., US or EU version
Firmware version:
SD Card Brand:
Capacity:
Speed / Class:
Functionality: Works/ Works but with some problems / Doesn't work
Other Findings:

Just to be safe, here's an example (I haven't actually tested this card so I don't know if it works well):

Camcorder model V5Z5S: Z700, EU version
Firmware version: FW2003
SD Card Brand: Transcend
Capacity: 16GB
Speed / Class: Class 6
Functionality: Works
Other Findings: The card has fast respond times but doesn't work well in my laptop's internal cardreader.

Okay, that's the general idea

Default No Problems with Transcend Card

Crihz,
This is my first post...I have the GVS U.S. model, FW: 2503 and I'm using the exact same card that you have the pic of. I haven't had any problems with this card at all. It works great. One thing I should mention is that I use a card reader to take the video off of the card. I don't transfer to the computer using the camera. I hope that helps.
