Default Aiptek AHD How to find Firmware version?

Hello all,

I have the old Aiptek AHD and I am trying to figure out the firmware version, I am thinking it is a newer version because the old way of checking the firmware version doesn't seem to work.

I click mode, then hold down the menu button and press the back button on the LCD a weird test program runs.

It lets me
  • test the flash in 1, 10 or 3000 flashes
  • determine which key was pressed
  • check to see if the motor is working (what motor? lol)
  • there is one for noise but I'm not sure what it is.
Anyways, does anyone know what I am talking about and how to check the firmware version? I am assuming they just changed the key/menu combination, or the firmware I have is messed up.

The camera works fine, but I would like to know just incase there are any updates that fix things.

Thanks!
