Not enough info in this 'review'.

Will it have other than 1080p recording (i.e. 720p/30 or 60, etc)?

I'm guessing it has the same internals as the Zi8, possibly? Though the Playsport boasts a sun glare feature for the LCD screen which would at least be a different firmware than the Zi8.

it will do 720 at 60.

No macro switch, no external mic jack, smaller LCD. Otherwise it is a Zi8 in a waterproof case, and with a cheaper price.

Oh, and it has a standard USB mini-jack, instead of a flip-out arm, too.

correct, as I am notthe owner of a April 2010 release date. I only shown Kodaks link. I edited in youtube where you may or not actually see the ZX3's in full review

This is not what Jeffery Hayzlette was talking about of the 1st week of 2010's release, anyone can Add a name to the camera

Kodak ZX3 playsport. it is a ZX3, We're still awaiting
the New Kodak ZI8 *********

as it looks like that will be how they are now naming the device.

Only difference I see will be aglare protector hmmm what can that be more contrast or gamma control LOL.

Kodak says the glare protector only affects the image on the LCD preview screen, not the actual video recording.
