Default RICH HD-A85 OR ORDRO HDV-D320 has anybody heard of anything?

I noticed the digital video cameras several days ago.

Although the logo is marked with RICH HD-A85 / ORDRO HDV-D320, obviously they seem to be the same model, just different re-branding, even I can make sure RICH and ORDRO are not a “TRUE” manufacturer. Because I once bought a DXG DVH-A80 from Wal-Mart last year, it is very similar to the RICH HD-A80 / ORDRO HDV-D300 listed in the website above. As I knew, DXG is an original manufacturer, a “TRUE” manufacturer.

I am interested in this because its build quality and features did impress me a bit (1080P @ 30fps, 10.0MP CMOS & 20.0MP Still Photo Image, 12X Optical Zoom). If it is not made by DXG, are there any other excellent manufacturers in the low-end camcorder business?

Has anybody known anything about that?

all these camcorders, like DXG-A80V, Speed HD50Z, are probably made by this company:

Two of DXG-A80V I tested week ago, unfortunately, both had factory defect. But quality of movies was impressive. Now at Walmart it costs $209

Speed-jp is NOT a manufacturer, just a "knockoff" company, RICH and ORDRO are also NOT. As for DXG, I do believe it is an OEM factory that designs and produces low-budget camcorders by itself, and then marks them with Aiptek, Japan SPEED, Praktica, Vivikai etc.

Maybe you are wright, but tell me why there is no DXG version of Speed HD120Z?
by the way, I was thinking about the Speed HD 120Z, but big minus for me: there is no 1080i 60fps mode.
To have a smooth movie it must be!
