Default odd hue/exposure randomness

is it normal for aiptek and similar brands to randomly go from very cool tones in the shot to warm, almost sepia tones when panning? my aiptek, jazz, and sometimes my fujifilm s8000 do it. the fuji is almost undetectable and i dont use it for video so no harm there. but the my hybrids are almost notorious. do they have an attitude problem or is it common behavior? is it a correctable thing?

Fairly common behavior for the Aipteks.

Not as noticeable with my Kodak Zi8.

Not present with my Panasonic SDR-S10.

Forgot to mention... it is present, but not terribly noticeable with the Sanyo VPC-CG6.
