Default power source for mpvr to use in the car?

my factory radio in my car is about to croak on me and was thinking about using my mpvr for its mp3 capabilities. constantly recharging the battery would be a pain in the keeshter. is there any way to power it on a steady stream. for instance running it on a car charger?

HAve you an Old ac adaptor of the Aiptek? that will be the best thing to cut the plug and add a 12vdc plug that offers 5vdc. I say get a mp3 player from target or china, get it with fm as well. If your car radio is breaking you can always mod it like we used to in the 80's hide it and able to pull out, at least you have music. will not cost a arm and leg
