Default Ready for it:

I got myself a tripod clamp stand in a telephoto lens kit for the iPhone. I also got a clip on wide macro lens.

Hmm, Donald, I was thinking of one of those dollies, we have a Apple store that has them.

I found out that Staxs in Australia has had the tripod clamps, MYS has some stuff like mine, Camera House has more expensive fold down mounts, the $2 shop next to the IGA at Byron bay had different mounts for less than $10, and the phone repair kiosk under the stairs st Cairns Central has had mounts.

Hmm, looking at sensor heads for a hybrid camera. Axiom is aiming for one.

A wireless head allows for any phone to be used to control it. I got some new accessories, and can hold and control a phone stably, feels pretty good with some of them. Thinking about my cheap pro quality hybrid/handheld camera designs again, and my action camera design. I'm now thinking of a very nifty new handheld design.

OK, I've been slack. There are a number of 4k phones coming, even below $300. Maybe others would like to list new ones they find here, particularly if better value or 4k p50/60.

Anyway, here is the LG G Flex that seems to have gotten 4k from an android update:

The one plus one for $299:

I suspect processing power on phones will double this year, and if 4kp50 is not possible through new software on present models it could be on the the new models

The Note 4 is a while away.

Default Panasonic lumix dmc fz1000.

Here we go, a dmc 1 inch with 100 mb/s 4kp30 and 20mp. Around $900 I think. Now add a 39 inch Seiko 4kp30 TV for less than $400, and you are started (but only 4kp30, no 4kp50).

I've ordered some minutes ago an 28" UHD AOC monitor (€ 500), max 3840x2160/60hz ... additional to my 50" Hisense UHD TV.
Making (excellent!) UHD videos with my Samsung Note3 smartphone.

Now I am thinking ... GH4? FZ1000? LX8? ... which one ... hehe, one camera better than the other!

You said you were buying a GH4? Wait for the JVC.

The AOC is a stn panel that should have poor viewing angle. The old Hisense is limited to 30p 4k, as well as it color after turning it up. There is newer generation labels with pretty great color, but not necessarily 50/60p or HDMI 2 18gb/s version instead of 10gb/s.

Waiting long time and having much money, I can buy 16K monitors & 16K cameras :-)

Today's cameras make UHD with 30p, nooooooo tv station makes 1980x1080/60p, max. 1920x1080/25i/30i, forget UHD-tv ... you can search for days & month for better tv programs - finding nothing.

I am LIVING today, ... noooot tomorrow with/for futuristic features!

You may pay a lot of money for "better" equipment if you only hear the siren chants of advertising.

Hey Donald, that crocodile doesn't know what 4k is.

Bluray etc, slow motion sports replay, digital cinema can use 60p, 4k 60p shortly on next bluray. This year. HDMI 2, today, professional 4k modes ( good display port better though).

I want to see new generation TV panel coming now but with HDMI 2/display port version, looks amazing.
