uh oh. My machro shots aren't so detailed anymore. I think it MAY be because of some smudges on the lens. MAAAAAAAAAAYBE, its POSSIBLE:-)

So are there any cheap, good lens cleaners out there? Or if not, how should I clean the lens with everyday materials. Would a que tip work or no?

HEHEEE, false alarm, just got a close up machro of me and...well it looks...pretty darn ugly lol, but DETAILED. So

I'm surprised because the lens is quite dirty, with fingerprint and some smearing

Still like to know how to clean it though.

UPDATE!!!!

I read that breathing heavilyon the lens and wiping away with aque tip is a good method. But I'm scared. Petrified really :O Someone try it and see if it scratches the lens or something

I've been cleaning the lenses on my hybrids with any clean, soft cloth. Towels work best. Can't see any damage from doing this, and I've looked extremely closely. Avoid common paper products for doing this.

Make sure there's no part of your camera case rubbing on the lense. The nylon cloth commonly used for the cases is capable of scratching plastic.

UPDATE!!! RCA Inline Audio Adapter!

This is a really cool, cheap way to record from ANY RCA jacks.

Its really simple. Take the yellow and white RCA inputs, plug one side of the adapter into the MPVR AV-IN cable and the other side into the RCA jacks. Just incase you DONT get it, i took a pic (crap quality but so what, its the thought that counts :G)

This allows you to do one of two things. One, viewwhatever it is on your MPVR (in my case I hooked my PS2 up and played some GTA ViCE, freaking COOOL!)orRECORD from that device (lol actually you can do both at the SAME TIME!). So there ya go.I'm guessing most already knew aboutthis, but for the .00000004% that didn't , now ya know! :-)
