Who has experience with the Sanyo Xacti C4 (or C40 - aren't they the same?). I live in Turkey and it's the only hybrid available in the local store, probably the first one too. It seems the kind of camera I've been looking for, and I was encouraged by Steve's review. There is also the Xacti C5 but I don't consider the difference worth the higher price. Any reactions welcome.:?

c4 is the beginning model, then tey decided to go thinner c40

c5 is a few extra functions or just 1 meg higher then the c6 I may be somewhat close but not wrong .

I would find a sample shot compair the three and decide if its worth 600 usc down to 400 smackers

marinus, the C40 is almost the same as the C4, except it's cheaper as Sanyo did some cost cutting, read this thread in the Sanyo forum for more info. You will findmore info about the C1, C4, C40, C5, C6 and HD1 in the Sanyo forum.Look at the older posts for C4 info. Also some older info about the C1/C4 at computer gallery thediscussion forums. Cheers.
