i can do without the "picture saved" orange message, a faster shutter is a good trade.

here is an uncompressed video of some bikers on the freeway. the shutter is so much faster it does not skip a beat , no noticeable artifacts

here is an uncompressed 3 meg pic on the freway about 70 miles an hour, no noticeable blur or distortion

Hi I have a 6800 aiptek and have checked the firmware following the instructions I read in this forum. My camera shows 1501. I would like to get instructions to dowload the file to upgrade to version 1701.

Thanks

I purchased the MPVR yesturday and i noticed that there were two packages on the rack. On had the 2K6 on the box and the other didn't. I bought the one that didn't b/c it had the most recent date on the back of the package. My firmware reads 2101 HW 01.

I was having issues with my mp3 function so I contacted aiptek. They told me that the 2101 firmware was unstable, they told me to downgrade to the 1701.

as I do not know and not fooled around its best to have the person email it. once loaded to the camera it may just be in there and not transfered, I may be wrong........

Any Idea what 2101 buys us? Does it fix the video/audio sync issues?
