I have been searching for dv cams online and came across the Halina DV3000. Has anyone heard of this company or camera? The following is a link to the company's website. http://www.halina.com.hk/dv3000.html The camera appears to have decent specs. Any information or opinions would be great.

I found that JC Penney carries this camera. Product link is http://www4.jcpenney.com/jcp/Product...46&CatTyp=

this is a first I seen this looks awesome but hte link you gave the site is dead

like the way the sd card sits in the rrear but no cover. got

to be careful if pressed may pop out.

the switch by the center looks like a vid/cam slide sweet

but hate rear record buttons. never heard of that company so far may fall under a different name though.....

Try this site http://www.halina.com.hk/
and then navigate to the product page. You should be able to view the information there. As far as i can tell, it looks to be a decent camera. Thanks for your input.

If the camera has 640x48- at 30fps its a good buy if not then i would concider futher information. I have no problem in Purchasing one but would wan some specs on the camera before I buy comforts the mind and soul.

here's the other one

perfect.

VW. the specs al look fine, cannot be a bad camera, what I did was

search around with no luck, sites saying 2a bat system etc.

1 hour on a okia cell phone batt.

avi format is just a tab big but not bad I like ASF format

If you decide to Purchase this camera let us know the Outcome I found one at 30.00 on ebay, but soon to be sold out

said they were just a site that is selling returns? hmm

I hope no card crashs if this is your first hybrid?

1. low light is not the best

outdoor shots are best

in vid and pics. some like to playback vids on the screen etc

to have a hybrid at hand whenever you need it is Priceless.

Thank you for your input. This is my first hybrid and i am excited. I am bidding on one of those on Ebay. I am looking for something to mount on my rc boat and truck. If all goes well i'll post vids of my boat flying across the water from the driver's seat.

The returned one went for $48. The picturelooked Halina DV 3000, but the specs didn't match those on the Halina website.

Another seller, allyouneedpc, is auctioning a bunch of Halina DV 3000's. One auction end in 2 days, the rest in 5 days, minutes apart (strange). Starting bid is$30, Buy It Now $70. I don't see how JC Penny can ask $179.99 - maybe its customers don't look at Ebay.
