I've only just recieved my new Aiptek MPVR in the mail yesterday. And I've encountered a problem. I'm not good with electronics. Infact I tend to do more harm then good with them = P. Within the first few hours of charging the battery and begining to use the device. The LCD screen started acting funny. One minute it's fine. the next it completely different. The screen went white and has these lines going across it. up and down. you can just very faintly make out the picture underneath the white. Yet so far it has not changed. I'm not sure whether I should return it or try and find the source of the problem for myself. Yet liek I said. I tend to do more harm with electronics then good. I would appreciate any help with this matter.

Welcome Winste245

you got a defective unit the capaciter ( my guess) is shot forcing over the correct voltage in therer

i return and get a new one not your problem it happens

the battery is 3.7vdc and sure enough you got the correct power in there

1. try resetting it by pulling the battery out

then formatting thesd card if its in there

but I return it

I've tryed to reset it. No SD card yet. As I said I only received it yesterday. Thank you. Only I'm not sure on how to return. See it's my first camera and I ordered it from buy.com. Seems as I can't find their return policy anywhere on the site. Is ythere any other way whereI could possibly fix this without returning it? If not then I shall just be shipping it back lol.
