What commercially available software can stitch scans togeth

What commercially available software can be used to stitch scans together? I remember somthing that came with an older Coolpix 900, but I sold the camera and software. I would like to take 11"x17" scans from my flatbed and "stitch" them together. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I've used Ulead' Cool 360 with great result and they have a 15 day free trial period. It's designed to do 360 deg. panos but you can specify a 'flat' non-360 pano.
